A tornado sweeps up Dorothy and her dog, Toto, and lands her on top of the Wicked Witch of the East. She has to make her way through Oz to meet the Wizard. The Wizard of Oz, the movie, was one of the first movies made in color and starred Judy Garland as Dorothy.
